Referral, Reward and Repeat (R3) Program!

How does it works for you?

We welcome referrals of your friends/colleagues/prospective employee(s) who could make an outstanding addition to the Hanasoft team. We are looking for professionals committed to designing, developing and deploying innovative technology and business solutions to our customers. Refer to your friend/colleague/prospective employee and you will get rewarded. The more you refer and the more you get rewarded and there is no limit to bonus rewards.

Referral -> Refer or help your friend as an employee with us.

Reward -> Get reward after 60 days of employment with us (you will get rewarded upto $1000 for each referral). The application must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted through our portal.

Repeat-> Repeat referral with prospective employee(s) and get rewarded again and refer as many times as you can.

Refer your friends/colleagues and get hired:

• - Refer an experienced IT professional who is looking for a new job.
• - Refer someone who is on H1B visa and looking for a new employer.
• - Refer someone who is on Student visa (F1/OPT/CPT) and looking for H1B sponsorship
